The emotions are the engine that moves our world. They are the tiny treasures that lead our decisions. They SHOULD BE PART OF our education so that we can become emotionally intelligent people, organizations and societies.

Our proposals bring emotional education into life through a different, attractive, creative and innovative method, which includes motivating tools that can be applied every day.

Emotional awareness, emotional regulation, socio-emotional skills, emotional competencies, emotional self-control... In Fabrica de Valientes we are aware of the importance of these concepts because on them depend that our life becomes a threat, an opportunity or a challenge.

With our program, which has been specially designed for the education’s environment, we answer the needs that we are searching.

Our aim is to create an useful and real emotionally intelligent environment, which contributes to achieve a self-knowledge and a shared learning of the socio-emotional skills of the 21st century.

If an 80% of us are our emotions, let’s work on our emotional state. Confidence, conflicts, communication, boundaries, habits, beliefs, a lot of affection... And let’s work especially on the importance of the attitude and the effort by 4 participatory proposals, which will include the best clues to inspire good synergies, passion and certainty in things that have been well done.
